Pioneer of coaching psychology in the Balkans
A scientifically grounded, integrative approach that combines cognitive, behavioural and imaginative techniques — to help the successful become even more successful.
Cognitive-behavioural coaching
Coaching focuses on the present and the future — on the actions, strategies and habits that move you towards your goals. It is a partnership oriented towards growth and the achievement of concrete results.
As the first member of the International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP) in London from the Balkans, I have been applying cognitive-behavioural coaching (KBK) since 2008 — an approach that combines cognitive, behavioural and imaginative techniques with effective problem solving.
Unlike traditional coaching, which relies on intuition and motivational techniques, KBK is grounded in psychology as a science — with proven effectiveness in achieving measurable results. It integrates elements of third-wave KBT, including ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) and CFT (compassion-focused therapy).

Scientific tools and models in the coaching process
Social context, Physiology, Actions, Cognitions, Emotions — an integrative framework for understanding behaviour and for a systemic view of all the factors that influence change.
Problem identification, Realistic goals, Alternative solutions, Consideration, Target, Implementation, Evaluation — a structured framework for effective problem solving.
Identifying and replacing limiting beliefs with more effective patterns of thinking — a key technique for a lasting change of perspective.
Testing assumptions through structured action in a real-world setting — a practical way to check your beliefs and discover new possibilities.
For those who want to be even better at what they do
You face challenges in managing a team, making strategic decisions or speaking in public. You want faster decision-making, more effective problem solving and a stronger impact on your organisation.
You are aiming for ambitious career moves, a step up to a higher position or a change of professional direction. You need a clear strategy and the removal of limiting beliefs that hold you back.
You are looking for a better balance between work and private life, more effective communication with business partners and employees, and a clearer vision for growth.
You are considering significant life changes and want support grounded in science, not in motivational phrases.
Concrete results of cognitive-behavioural coaching
Identifying and changing the limiting beliefs and mental blocks that hold you back from achieving your goals.
Structured setting of ambitious goals with concrete steps and a timeframe for achieving them.
Greater self-confidence, stronger leadership abilities and a more effective presence in professional and public settings.
Better communication in business and personal relationships — assertiveness without aggression, clarity without conflict.
Greater balance and satisfaction between work, family and personal development. Managing stress without sacrificing your ambitions.
Developing cognitive skills that stay with you even after coaching ends — you become your own coach.
A structured approach in four phases
We define your goals, expectations and direction of work. We assess your current situation, identify the key challenges and set measurable goals. This is our compass for the rest of the process.
We identify limiting beliefs, untapped resources and patterns of behaviour that hold you back. We create a detailed action plan with clear steps and a timeframe.
You work on tasks between sessions using cognitive and behavioural techniques. In sessions we analyse progress, address obstacles and adjust the strategy as needed.
We measure achievements against the goals we set. We define the next direction of development or conclude the work with a plan for independently maintaining the results achieved.

Answers to the questions I am asked most often
Typically 6–12 sessions, depending on your goals. Some people achieve the results they want in fewer sessions, while more complex goals require longer work.
Coaching is for well-functioning people who want to achieve more. If you are experiencing clinical symptoms (anxiety, depression, panic), I recommend psychotherapy as a first step.
The price is available on the payment page. There is also the option of paying for a programme of several sessions at a discount.
Yes. Online coaching sessions are just as effective and allow greater flexibility in scheduling.
A mentor shares their own experience and gives advice. A coach helps you find the answers yourself using scientifically grounded techniques — they do not tell you what to do but guide you towards your own solutions.
If your previous coaching was not based on a cognitive-behavioural approach, KBK offers a different perspective grounded in psychology as a science, rather than in motivational techniques.
