By using the website krnetic-demo.jjovan.com (the "Site"), you agree to the following terms of service. The Site is operated by Prof. Dr. Igor Krnetić (the "Provider"), based in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Access to the client portal requires registration. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Passwords must be sufficiently strong (minimum 8 characters). We recommend enabling two-factor authentication where available.
Service prices are available on the Pricing page. Payment is made by the method agreed at booking (bank transfer, online payment where activated, or in person). An invoice is issued for each completed service and is available in the client portal.
All information exchanged during psychotherapy sessions and client communication is strictly confidential, in accordance with professional ethical codes and the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Exceptions are provided by law (e.g., immediate danger to life, court order).
Content on the Site is for informational and educational purposes and does not replace individual professional psychotherapy assessment and treatment. In case of crisis or immediate danger, contact emergency services (124) or the nearest healthcare facility.
All content on the Site (text, graphics, blog articles, educational materials) is owned by the Provider or used with permission. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is not allowed.
These terms may be updated with prior notice on this page. The date of the last update is shown at the top. Continued use of the Site after a change is deemed acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Banja Luka.
