From the first contact to lasting change — a simple process in four steps
Use the booking module on our website to choose your preferred date and time. Briefly describe the reason for getting in touch — you will receive confirmation of your appointment on the same working day.
In the first session we get to know each other, I assess your situation and together we define the problem. We set therapy goals and create a plan of work. The session lasts 50 minutes.
Sessions are held once a week. We work on specific KBT techniques tailored to your problem, with homework between sessions. The average course of treatment lasts 10 to 16 sessions.
You gradually develop independence in coping with challenges. A follow-up session is recommended six months after the end of treatment. The goal of therapy is for you to no longer need a therapist.

A standard session lasts 50 minutes. The first session may take a little longer because it includes getting acquainted and an assessment. We agree on the frequency of sessions individually, most often once a week.
Yes. Numerous studies confirm that online psychotherapy is just as effective as face-to-face therapy for most psychological problems, including anxiety, depression and stress.
If your problems affect your daily functioning, your relationships with others or your quality of life — consider counselling. There is no need to wait for the situation to become critical. The sooner you seek help, the better the results.
The duration depends on the nature of the problem and your goals. Cognitive-behavioural therapies are time-limited — most often 8 to 20 sessions. The aim is for you to achieve independence in the shortest possible time.
Absolutely. Everything you share during a session remains strictly confidential, in line with professional codes of ethics. This applies to both in-person and online sessions.
The price of a session is available on the payment page. There is also the option of paying for packages of sessions at a discount.
The session begins at the scheduled time regardless of any delay. The duration is not extended, so please arrive on time. To cancel, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance.
I work primarily on an individual basis, but certain problems (marital and relationship crises, communication difficulties) involve sessions with both partners. For details about couples counselling, please contact me.

Before counseling
